These worksheet groups are content prompts. Use the existing inquiry form to send the decisions; do not assume a missing answer has been approved.

A fitted sample can resolve a shape question while leaving material identity or decoration open. Record who checks each item, what must be measured and which quoted revision the sample represents.

Move an assumption through an evidence ladder

  1. Requested

The buyer states interior fit, appearance and use conditions. A fabric or construction preference is an input, not a confirmed specification.

  2. Document received

The supplier identifies the quoted configuration and any exact-item test evidence requested. Check the model, material and document scope instead of treating a broad certificate as item approval.

  3. Sample checked

Place the intended paddle inside the sample cover and review access, closure and artwork. Record observations and remaining limitations; do not infer a durability result from appearance.

  4. Order confirmed

Match the final specification, sample decision, quantity and packing in the purchase record. Later changes require a fresh decision on the affected points.

For a budget preference, compare a simpler cover or pack against the required fit and finish. For high-end or mid-range options, ask what additional construction, packaging or service is actually included. Tier names do not substitute for confirmed supplier evidence.
