Define what one unit contains

Count an individual paddle and cover separately unless the quotation explicitly includes them as a set. If a set includes a cover, specify whether it is fitted to the quoted shape and whether decoration, packaging and labels are included. These inquiry options do not establish inventory or a final material specification.

Cover fit and decoration

Ask for interior dimensions, handle clearance, closure and lining information. A photographed cover may fit a different paddle. Provide artwork placement and size, then ask what proof or decorated sample the supplier can provide. Record appearance approval separately from any material or performance evidence.

Comparable quantity and packing

Give pieces or sets by variant, an acceptable pack ratio and the receiving US destination. Request minimum order quantity, sample charges, setup charges and carton dimensions for the offered configuration. Weight in grams or ounces and dimensions in inches or centimeters need an agreed basis; no tolerance is assumed from a product name.

What still needs confirmation

Material and construction, sport and competition level, surface or play environment, and exact-item test evidence remain questions for the proposed supplier and your reviewer. A family-level standard does not establish approval of an individual paddle. Factory quotations, availability and timing require confirmation.

A budget, mid-range or high-end preference can guide pack and finish alternatives. State currency and whether the budget is per unit or for the whole order; compare the same delivery scope before choosing. You can submit a brief without an existing price.
