Pickleball paddle custom sourcing services
Move from a product phrase to a supplier-search brief that distinguishes mandatory specifications from options. Our role is to coordinate questions and compare responses for your business purchase.
- Align paddle, cover and set scope
- Ask suppliers for item-specific responses
- Review exclusions before the buyer decides
Three decisions before an order
RFQ completeness
Record sport and competition level, material and construction, dimensions and weight, surface or play environment, and set contents and packaging. Use inches or centimeters for dimensions and ounces or grams for weight. Ask how values are measured rather than assigning an unsupported tolerance. Specify pieces by artwork or cover variant, not only a total quantity.
The buyer supplies the intended US destination and required arrival date. Suppliers must distinguish their production assumptions from transport estimates and state quotation validity. The requested date remains a planning input until agreed.
Sample and artwork approval
Ask for the cost and scope of a sample, including whether branding, cover construction and final packaging are represented. Record the sample identity, artwork revision, approval owner and open corrections. A reference paddle does not approve a different construction or a later printed version.
Shipment terms
Compare currency, order quantity, minimum order quantity by variant, pack ratio, carton dimensions, sample charges, setup charges and freight scope. Ask which destination charges remain outside the quotation; do not treat an unpriced exclusion as zero.
Separate requirements from verified answers
Buyer-provided inputs
Intended use, preferred construction, logo rights, artwork dimensions, quantities and target budget establish the request. High-end may prioritize finish or documentation; budget may prioritize a simpler pack. State what can change so supplier alternatives remain useful.
Supplier-confirmed outputs
Actual material, weight, cover fit, minimum order, available decoration process and item-specific documents require a supplier response. Request exact-item test evidence only where relevant to your use. A product-family standard or a generic certificate is insufficient to establish the proposed paddle’s status.
We do not certify products or provide a fixed performance outcome. Read the sample and comparison brief for the evidence trail.
